  ADHD meet-up for adults\, run by adults with ADHD — Georgina and Jennife
 r (with Sarah our very own Mind Facilitator).\nOnce a month at Northampton
 ’s Mind building\, we gather over a brew to talk all things ADHD: the bri
 lliant bits\, the tricky bits\, and everything in between. This is a space 
 where ADHD brains are celebrated\, struggles are validated\, and no one has
  to explain themselves. Our aim is simple — to build a tribe of people wh
 o just get it.
